Fresh Start Caring For Kids Foundation provides no-cost medical treatment to children with physical deformities through the gift of reconstructive surgery and related medical care.
Children in need of reconstructive surgery are encouraged to apply.
The additional documentation and photographs should be e-mailed to Carol Ann Jacovich-Ochwat, Medical Program Coordinator, at CarolAnn@FreshStart.org. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
